Burrrrrrrrrr

Wow is it cold and gloomy outside!  Everyone make sure that you are wearing a warm coat and if you have extras take them to First Family Church this month for the coat drive. It doesn't look like there's any snow in the forcast for this weekend so try to get out and finish that Christmas shopping while the roads are clear. Joke of the day: Every Christmas morning, when my kids were little, I read them the nativity story out of the big family bible. When my son was old enough to talk, he asked me what a stable was. I thought for a moment how to explain it to him in terms he could understand, then told him, "It's something like your sister's room, but without a stereo."

How Exciting!

Christmas is next week and it's going to snow and ice today!  Everyone make sure that you are prepared with lots of food and plenty of ice melt.  Joke of the day! Three men die in a car accident Christmas Eve. They all find themselves at the pearly gates waiting to enter Heaven. On entering they must present something relating or associated with Christmas. The first man searches his pocket, and finds some Mistletoe, so he is allowed in. The second man presents a cracker, so he is also allowed in. The third man pulls out a pair of stockings. Confused at this last gesture, St. Peter asks, "How do these represent Christmas?" Answer... "They're Carol's."

Happy Day!

Here at Keys to the Lake we are having a wonderful time preparing for the Christmas Season!  We hope you all are doing so as well and that you are cherishing the time that you can spend with your family. Joke of the day: According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year (the only members of the deer family, Cervidae, to have females do so). Male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid December.              Female reindeer, however, retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to every historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, every single one of them, from Rudolf to Blitzen.... had to be a female.              We should've known this when when they were able to find their way

Joke of the day! About two weeks before Christmas, a little Catholic boy decided to write a letter to Santa. He started "Dear Santa...", he thought "No, I will go to a higher authority", so he decided to write a letter to Jesus. "Dear Jesus, If you get me a bike for Christmas, I will be good for two weeks.." "NO NO NO NO I can't be good for two weeks", he thought to himself. So he started all over again... "Dear Jesus, If you get me a bike for Christmas I will be good for one week." "NO NO NO NO I can't be good f
