The 3rd Annual Red Dirt LakeFest will take place June 12, 13 & 14, at Runaway II Resort in Climax Springs, MO on the Lake of the Ozarks at mile marker 45. 2013's line-up consisted of the following bands: Cole Porter Band, The Rankin Twins, Chad Sullins and the Last Call Coalition, Dirty Bourbon Band, The Sparrows, Schuyler Prenger and the Dirt Road Junkies, Jc Hopkins Band, Kimberly Dunn and The Midnight River Choir. LakeFest 2012 consisted of 3 nights of live red dirt music with the following bands: Jesse Harris & The Gypsy Sparrows, John D. Hale, Dirty Bourbon Band, 2 Steps Back, The Cody Riley Band, Matt Stell, Ryan Manuel, The Plainsmen and Midnight River Choir. Lodging options consisted of full cabins, RV sites and primitive tent sites as well. The resort is located right on the water and during the day artists perform on a dock to the crowd floating in the lake. Nightly shows are on the main stage with a full service bar. LakeFest is held at a full service resort offering a full bar & grill with cabins featuring all the amenities you would find at home, RV spaces offering full hook-ups, primitive tent camping and even docks to moor your boat for the weekend.
