Beautiful, 5 bed, 6 bath, waterfront home in Tan Tar A Estates with hot tub, boat dock with a 10x24 slip, screened in and open porches with a gas grill, not to mention a plasma flat screen in the suite and Jacuzzi tub in master bath. This place has all the bells and whistles. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, cable TV and wireless internet included. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, and then two queens in each of the remaining four bedrooms. Each room has its own full bath. This home sleeps up to 18 guests. Tan Tar A Estates offer two outdoor swimming pools, lake access and Hidden Lakes Golf Course running throughout. The resort offers an indoor water park, several restaurants & lounges and specialty gift shops which adjoin the estates. Love this home but don’t need all 5 bedrooms? During our off season (Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend) you can rent just part of this home. Let us know how many bedrooms you need, and we will adjust the rate for you! The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a double futon and the third bedroom has two bunk beds with two double beds and two twin beds. A fantastic Lake view with a large screened in porch top off this condo making it an easy decision for your vacation rental.
