Property Management Services:

Keys to the Lake offers two contract options for our property owners. For property owners who need full management, we do it all, from A to Z. For those who prefer to be involved in the management of their own properties but need professional help with some aspects of management, we offer our Finder’s Fee Option.

Long Term Management

Advertising – Radio Stations, Local Papers, Online relocations sites, local tv ads, Lake Regional Hospital Relocation, and our website alone receives more than three million hits per season.
Screening – Credit Check, Background Check, Residential Check, and Proof of Income.
Lease signing – Missouri Board of Realtors Lease is what we prefer to use.
Full Landlord Responsibility – Inspections, Maintenance, Collections, Evictions… we do it all!
Our Compensation – 15% of the monthly rental rate

Finder’s Fee
